You arrive, relax, and enjoy a full country cookout experience with oak‑fired food, water features, games, and quiet land all to yourselves. No crowds. No shared spaces. No overlapping groups. How Pricing Works
Your total is based on the number of adults and children in your group. If your group’s total does not reach the minimum, the minimum price applies. Add‑ons are optional and can be included during booking.
A $500. deposit is required to hold your date.

When you arrive, everything will already be prepared for your group.
The cookout setup, the water features, and the games will be ready to enjoy. You can relax on the property, explore the land, swim, fish, play, or simply unwind while we handle the hosting and cooking throughout your visit.
As the day goes on, you’ll experience the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the retreat. Sunset views over the pond and pool create a calm, memorable ending to your experience.

All pricing, add‑ons, and details are shown above. Once your date is booked we will confirm your party size and any Add-Ons. We will then invoice you for the balance which will be due 7 days prior to your Retreat date.
