• RedNeck Burgers -Thick, juicy, cooked over oak, served with all the fixings.
• Red Chicken Quarters -Cooked over oak fire and seasoned to perfection.
• Insanity Beans - Insanely amazing — sweet, smoky, savory, and unforgettable.
• Jalapeño Popper Dip- Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. A crowd favorite.
Sides and Desserts:
• Sides: Rotating selection depending on season and group size.
• Desserts: Fruit or berry Crisp or Cobbler served with Vanilla Ice Cream
